Patrick Alois Hübner is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin. He is a member of our Finance Department and supports the German Real Estate Practice, with a focus on real estate transactions, project development and commercial lease agreements. He also advises on a broad range of cross-border transactions between China and Germany.

Mr. Hübner graduated with a doctorate in law and a master’s degree in China studies and has several years of hands-on experience working in China and Germany. During his legal training at the Appellate Court of Berlin, he also worked at the Federal Foreign Office and the German Embassy in Washington, D.C.

He is professionally trained in mediation. Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, he frequently publishes on various matters of Chinese law.
