Per Lindberg is a counsel in the firm’s Finance and Projects Group. Per advises on all aspects of energy and infrastructure deals, from project structuring to drafting and negotiating key corporate and joint venture agreements, project documents (including construction, operation and maintenance, supply, and offtake agreements) and project finance documentation. Per has worked on market leading energy and infrastructure projects across the globe, but predominantly in Asia, including on projects located in Japan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.  

Per is the co-chair of the International Project Finance Association’s Future Leaders Committee (Asia), that frequently hosts seminars on the latest market developments in the energy and infrastructure sectors in Asia.
