Mr. Radlanski is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Berlin office. He advises German and international clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to large corporations in the technology, media and communications industries with a particular focus on corporate, data privacy, and strategic regulatory counsel.
Mr. Radlanski studied law (area of focused studies: Law within the information society) at the University of Regensburg, Germany, and the University of Sheffield, UK. He also holds a master’s degree (LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Law, with distinction) from King’s College London, UK. Mr. Radlanski wrote his Ph.D. thesis in the area of data privacy law for which he also conducted research in New York and London.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster as an associate, Mr. Radlanski worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Public Law, Real Estate Law, Infrastructure Law, and Information Law at the University of Regensburg (Prof. Dr. Jürgen Kühling) and for a German international law firm in Berlin. As part of his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Supreme Court of Berlin (Kammergericht Berlin), he worked for the German Federal Film Board and at two international law firms in Berlin and Sydney, Australia.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR) and the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw).
