Phillip Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group.

Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Mr. Kim received his J.D. from the University Of Virginia School Of Law in 2015, where he sat on the Senior Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and served as co-founder and Vice President of Internal Affairs of the Korean American Law Student Association. Mr. Kim earned his B.A. from the University of California San Diego as a Chancellor Scholar in 2011.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Kim was an intern for the Business & Tax Section of the Office of the California Attorney General and a judicial extern for the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman of the U.S. Bankruptcy court for the Central District of California.
