Phillip Slater is a Partner in the Financial Transactions Group of Morrison & Foerster’s London office.

Mr. Slater’s practice focusses on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, real estate finance, mezzanine finance, commercial lending, secondary debt trading and debt rescheduling and restructuring. He represents clients across a wide range of sectors acting for banks & financial institutions, alternative finance providers, foreign governments, corporates, real estate funds and private equity houses in relation to acquisition facilities, investment and development facilities, corporate credit facilities, working capital facilities, capital expenditure facilities and refinancings and restructurings both in developed and emerging markets.

Mr. Slater joined the firm from a large international law firm where he led the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance group in London.
