Before joining Morrison & Foerster’s Litigation Department, Prab was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office and served as an extern for the Honorable Alka Sagar of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. During her tenure at the U.S. District Court, Prab researched and analyzed discovery disputes, Social Security appeal cases, and civil rights issues. She also recommended dismissal actions for failure to prosecute and briefed cases for status conferences and settlement negotiations.
Prab received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, she served as the senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review, was President of the Women’s Law Association, and served on the Executive Board of the Peer Mentorship program. In addition, she participated in the USC Immigration Clinic, where she advocated for undocumented immigrants in asylum, bond, and criminal proceedings.
Prab received her B.A. in English, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.Show More
