Priyank Patel is a Technology Transactions associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. 

Priyank’s practice focuses on transactional matters involving intellectual property and technology, including licensing, joint development, manufacturing and supply, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Priyank was an associate at another major law firm where he focused on intellectual property matters. 

Priyank earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While there, he interned with the legal departments at two major media and technology companies, assisting on a variety of intellectual property and licensing matters. At his law school clinic, Priyank worked with attorneys to assist pro bono clients on trademark matters. He also served as a research assistant for Berkeley Law Professor David Oppenheimer, analyzing legal issues related to comparative equality law. Before attending law school, Priyank assisted on intellectual property matters at two other major technology companies.
