Reid R. Gardner is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office.

Mr. Gardner received his J.D. from Stanford Law School where he received the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Criminal Law. He was the Executive Editor of the Stanford Technology and Law Review and a member of the Stanford Intellectual Property Association. He also participated in the Organizations and Transactions Clinic, as well as the Immigrant’s Rights Clinic. Mr. Gardner received his B.S. in physics from the United States Air Force Academy.

Before joining MoFo, Mr. Gardner served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard F. Boulware II of the U.S. District Court in the District of Nevada.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Gardner was a pilot in the United States Air Force, serving as a C-5 aircraft commander and as an RPA pilot. His experience includes multiengine, commercial and instrument ratings, and more than 2,100 flight hours (nearly 600 combat flight hours) covering both domestic and international transport category aircraft.
