Reiley Porter is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison and Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice includes advising clients on matters relating to national security, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

Reiley received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a student advocate in the Cyberlaw Clinic and a citations manager and editor for the Journal of Law & Technology. She has particular experience writing about issues at the intersection of law and technology. While in law school, she interned at the Federal Communications Commission in the Office of General Counsel. 

Before law school, Reiley graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in computer science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
