Rina is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Her practice involves advising clients on domestic and cross-border corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Rina was a summer associate in Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Rina earned her J.D. at Stanford Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review, Co-President of First Generation and/or Low Income Professionals, and Academic Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Association. She holds a B.A., with Interdisciplinary Honors and distinction from the University of Washington. She is fluent in Korean.
