Robert Baehr is an associate in the Litigation Department in Morrison & Foerster's New York office.

Mr. Baehr earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Iowa Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif. He graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Philosophy. There he was the President's Fellow of the Philosophy Department and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in New York.
