Robin Eyben is a senior associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Berlin office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital transactions and general corporate matters.

Mr. Eyben has advised clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to large corporations from various industries such as technology, media, telecommunications, software, entertainment, logistics, energy, real estate, automotive and healthcare.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Eyben has gained experience as an associate with a major international law firm in Munich and New York City. He studied law at the Free University in Berlin and has further graduated with a multiple Master of Law and Economics (LL.M.) degree.
