Rohani Mahyera is a member of the firm’s Finance and Projects Group and focuses her practice on representing global financial institutions, alternative lenders, public and private borrowers, and other corporate entities in complex finance transactions.
Ms. Mahyera advises lenders and borrowers on structuring, documenting, and negotiating cash-flow and asset-based syndicated, club, and direct lending domestic and cross-border facilities. She has substantial experience related to private equity sponsor-backed acquisition financings and has advised on transactions in a range of industries including technology, software, media, consumer, industrial manufacturing, and real estate.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Mahyera was an associate in other international law firms and served as in-house counsel at a global financial institution. She earned her B.A. from The College of William and Mary and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Emory International Law Review.
Ms. Mahyera is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
