Rose S. Lee is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and patent litigation. Ms. Lee’s experience includes intellectual property disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the federal courts. She has worked on matters involving a broad range of technologies including computer software, underwater imaging, electrostatic digital printing, and medical devices. Ms. Lee’s experience includes drafting briefs and handling all aspects of discovery.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Lee served as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She was previously a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster.
Ms. Lee received her B.S. in chemical engineering, with a focus on biomedical engineering, from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. While in law school, she was an executive articles editor for the New York University Annual Survey of American Law.
Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
