Ryan Farha is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group in the New York office. Mr. Farha’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital investments, and other corporate transactions. Mr. Farha works with a variety of domestic and international clients, including public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital investors.

Mr. Farha joined Morrison & Foerster in 2018 in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is admitted to practice in both New York and California and frequently works on transactions involving California companies and investors. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Farha was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.

Mr. Farha earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Global Law Scholar and the symposium editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Farha served as a Fulbright Scholar in Morocco, where he conducted research on economic development in French and Arabic.
