Ryan Farha is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group in the San Francisco office. Mr. Farha represents public and private companies and investors in a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financings, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Farha was an associate in the New York office of an AmLaw 100 firm, where he completed rotations in the firm’s M&A, leveraged finance, and capital markets groups.

Mr. Farha earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Global Law Scholar and the symposium editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Mr. Farha served as a Fulbright Scholar in Morocco prior to law school and is proficient in French and Arabic.
