Ryan Michael Romain is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office and focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Mr. Romain received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an article editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review and a subciter of the Harvard Environmental Law Review. In addition, he worked as a student attorney for the Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic, during which time he represented clients in an oral argument before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, restraining order hearings, and a pre-trial conference.

Mr. Romain earned his B.A., cum laude, in Psychology with a minor in Neurobiology from Harvard University.
