Rylee Kercher Olm is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Environment and Energy Practice Group in the San Francisco office.

Rylee received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in June 2017, where she was President of the Stanford Law Energy Club as well as Vice-President and Lead Article Editor for the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. She also received her M.S. in Environment and Resources at Stanford School of Earth, Energy, & Environmental Sciences, with a specialization in energy. Rylee will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Morgan Christen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit starting in August 2018. 

During law school, she served as an intern in the Environment and Land Law Sections of the California Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General. In 2014, she received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
