Ryota Nishikawa is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo office.

His practice focuses on transactions, intellectual property and data protection and technology, including advising on intellectual property and data privacy aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Ryota graduated from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. in History and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford.
