Sarah Davis is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Litigation Group in the San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on defending consumer class actions and regulatory enforcement actions against financial institutions. Her experience includes matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state unfair practices statutes, including California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Unfair Competition Law.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Davis maintains an active Pro Bono practice. She was a key member of a team that settled a hard fought multi-year 1983 action on behalf of seven foster children against Clark County.

Ms. Davis received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While attending law school, she participated in the Immigration Clinic, was a member of the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics, and served as an extern to the Honorable Napoleon Jones in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Ms. Davis graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in political science and a minor in law and society.
