Sean is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He has experience litigating patents and trade secrets in district courts, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Sean has worked on matters involving a variety of technologies including predictive algorithms, semiconductors, and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags.
Sean’s experience also includes litigating the collateral causes of action related to protecting a client’s intellectual property. He has worked on cases involving breach of contracts, tortious business interference, and unfair competition.
Sean earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he was a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. Prior to that, he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in anthropology from UCLA.
