Dr. Sebastian Schwalme is a senior associate in the firm’s Berlin office. He has experience in general corporate and capital market matters, mergers and acquisitions and strategic counseling. The focus of his practice is on international and German transactions, corporate and project financings, mergers and acquisitions and general strategic questions.

Dr. Schwalme regularly advises German publicly listed companies on capital markets law and compliance requirements.

He has published articles in the fields of corporate law and insolvency law. Dr. Schwalme studied in Berlin and London. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked for the Landesbank Berlin.
