She received her LL.M. (Intellectual Property) from New York University School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining Morrison and Foerster, Ms. Dawson served as clerk to the Honorable Evan Wallach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Dawson is admitted to practice law in California and before the Federal Circuit. She is proficient in Spanish and enjoys competitive soccer and adventure travel.
