Shawna Pasquale is an Associate (Employed Barrister) in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s London office.

Ms. Pasquale is an associate (employed barrister) in the firm's Litigation Group in the London office and a member of the firm's Global Anti-Corruption practice, specialising in complex commercial dispute resolution and white collar crime investigations. She advises on a range of cross-border litigation matters, including complex contractual and financial services matters and contentious insolvency and restructuring issues. Ms. Pasquale also has experience representing large multinational financial institutions and companies in enforcement actions by regulatory bodies and in internal corporate investigations.

Ms. Pasquale joined Morrison & Foerster in 2017 from a leading international law firm, and previously practised as a barrister at a leading commercial chambers. In 2016, Ms. Pasquale spent eight months on secondment to the Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement team of an international investment bank and she has previously been seconded to the Financial Conduct Authority. She received her LL.B (Hons) Law degree from King's College London in 2011, and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at The City Law School in 2012.

Ms. Pasquale is a qualified employed barrister in England & Wales. She is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association, the Chancery Bar Association and the Young International Arbitration Group, and is committed to pro bono work.
