Soo Lim has over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, with particular focus on financings.
Soo regularly represents lenders in connection with syndicated, mortgage, mezzanine, acquisition, and construction loan facilities involving a wide variety of asset classes throughout the United States, including hotels, multi-family, industrial, office, retail, condominium, cooperative, rental, and unimproved land.
Soo spends a significant amount of her time representing lenders in connection with credit facilities to private equity funds and REITs, including subscription lines of credit, borrowing base facilities, and unsecured lines of credit. She also represents equity owners, developers, and other clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of properties, portfolio sales and acquisitions, real estate investment joint ventures, and leasing matters.
Soo is also a member of the firm’s Distressed Real Estate Group, representing clients in workouts and restructurings of troubled loans and advising clients on the timely exercise of remedies.
