Steph Craw is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Ms. Craw advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate advisory matters. Ms. Craw also has a particular interest in growth and venture capital transactions, which has been strengthened by her previous experience as an investment manager at the Scottish Investment Bank.

Prior to joining Morrison & Forester, Ms. Craw trained in Scotland at one of the leading and most highly regarded law firms in the jurisdiction, and was admitted to practice in Scotland in August 2017.

Ms. Craw was awarded her LL.B (Hons.) (First Class) from the University of Edinburgh in 2014, and during this time completed an ERASMUS student exchange year at the University of Copenhagen. Ms. Craw then received the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2015, also from the University of Edinburgh.
