Stephanie Choing is a patent agent in the Intellectual Property group of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Dr. Choing received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in physical chemistry. Her doctoral research focused on time-resolved optical and x-ray spectroscopic approaches to understanding water oxidation mechanism in transition metal oxide systems as well as organometallic molecular catalysts.

She received her B.A. cum laude in chemistry from Northwestern University where she participated in research in novel drug and drug analogs synthesis for Alzheimer’s disease treatment.
