Stephanie Ference is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's New York office. Her practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters.

Ms. Ference received her J.D. in 2014 from Columbia Law School, where she served as a Submissions Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and participated in the Environmental Law Clinic, the Courtroom Advocates Project, and the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project.

Prior to law school, Ms. Ference was an officer in the United States Army, serving in multiple locations, including overseas assignments in South Korea and Iraq. She holds a B.A., cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in History and Political Science from Rutgers University, where she was named a Henry Rutgers Scholar in History.
