Stephanie Pong is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Litigation Group.

Stephanie advises clients on commercial litigation and complex dispute resolution matters, including cross-border commercial contracts disputes, white-collar crime and internal corporate investigations involving government enforcement agencies. She has experience advising multi-national organizations in relation to compliance and regulatory matters, such as anti-money laundering, bribery, anti-corruption and sanctions.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Imperial College London with a first class honours and subsequently completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law with distinctions.

During her training contract at Morrison & Foerster, Stephanie gained experience in the following practice areas: Business Restructuring and Insolvency, Commercial Litigation, Investigations + White Collar Criminal Defense, Employment, Data Privacy, Tax, Corporate M&A and Private Equity Real Estate.

At Morrison & Foerster, Stephanie actively contributes to the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, having founded the London office’s ethnic minority network, MoFo Together; Stephanie is currently a co-chair of the network.

Stephanie qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and is admitted to practice law in England & Wales.
