Stephanie Sharron has over two decades of experience working with clients on the complex technology, intellectual property and data rights issues pertaining to a diverse range of technologies and businesses, including cloud services, the IoT, data analytics, fintech, digital transactions, autonomous systems, cybersecurity solutions, semiconductors, healthtech, edtech, and cleantech, among others. Ms. Sharron has advised companies developing and commercializing data analytics platforms used in both consumer and industrial IoT applications, as well some of the leading consumer and enterprise product innovators in a broad range of transactional and counseling issues relating to their global product and services.
Ms. Sharron, in addition to the above, advises on the commercial technology and intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, asset spin-off transactions and private equity investments.
Since 2016, Ms. Sharron has taught as a guest lecturer in the Technology Transactions course in Cornell Law School’s Technology and Entrepreneurship LLM program at CornellTech.
