Susannah Cupp's practice covers a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including syndicated loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, subordinate loans and participation arrangements, and intercreditor and co-lender agreements. Ms. Cupp's practice also involves representing clients in purchase and sale transactions and leasing arrangements. Ms. Cupp represents both domestic and foreign banks and lending institutions, as well as property owners, in connection with the financing of office and mixed-use properties, hotels and resorts, condominium projects, and retail/commercial centers.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Cupp worked in municipal government and has significant experience in local government policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ms. Cupp received her J.D., cum laude , in 2002, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, was a Sayer Macneil Scholar and served as Senior Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review .
