Tamara’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, including class actions and transactional disputes. Tamara has experience with drafting substantive motions, handling fact discovery, taking depositions, and preparing witnesses for depositions for antitrust and commercial litigation matters. She also has trial experience, including second‑chairing a cross-examination and preparing witnesses for direct examinations. Before joining MoFo’s Litigation Department, Tamara was a litigation and antitrust associate at an international law firm headquartered in New York City.

Tamara graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was senior executive editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and a member of the Berkeley Immigration Group. While in law school, Tamara served as a law clerk at a community law center, where she drafted complaints, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters for clients facing litigation in debt and identity theft cases. She was also a law clerk for the Oakland Unified School District in Oakland, California. Tamara volunteered at the Centro Legal de la Raza, consulting with Spanish-speaking clients facing legal issues in employment and housing.

Tamara is fluent in French and Dutch and is proficient in Spanish.
