Mr. Chou has an active corporate practice, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (inbound and outbound), joint ventures as well as private equity and venture capital financings. His clients include emerging growth companies, as well as traditional and non-traditional investors (private equity and venture capital funds, corporate/strategic investment arms of corporations and financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds.) His practice is focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom, Healthcare and Life Sciences and Consumer and Retail industries.
