Thomas Keul is a Senior of counsel at the German office of Morrison & Foerster in Berlin.

He represented clients in numerous court and arbitration proceedings, especially in corporate and capital market lawsuits, administrative decision procedures, and in complex civil law suits, such as post-M&A litigation, civil liability actions, insolvency claims or antitrust disputes.

Mr. Keul advises comprehensively on compliance matters and in corporate governance issues. He has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations on behalf of companies and audit committees.
