Tian’s practice focuses on a diverse range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, regulatory and compliance, and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked at several leading UK law firms.
Tian was the winner of Coudert Brothers LLP Scholarship in 2004. She also won the Outstanding Graduate Award of Shanghai Municipality and obtained the Chiang Chen Scholarship from 2006 to 2008. She was named a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar at Columbia Law School in 2012.
Tian is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English.
