As a member of both the Privacy and Data Security Group and Technology Transactions Group, Tiffany Quach, CIPP/US, provides strategic solutions to clients across a range of industries on complex matters. She advises on transactions and matters related to technology, privacy and data security, incident response, intellectual property, licensing, marketing and advertising.

Tiffany brings substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to technology transactions and licensing. Tiffany helps clients assess legal obligations and risks associated with collection and use of data, and comply with legal requirements and industry standards related to privacy and data security, digital marketing, and the Internet, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Tiffany was a corporate associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group of an AmLaw100 firm, where she counseled clients from the media, communications, life sciences, financial services, hospitality, consumer goods, retail, fashion, entertainment and sports industries.
While completing her J.D. at Harvard Law School, Tiffany conducted research on German data protection law at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin, Germany, and interned at the Arts Law Centre of Australia. Before law school, Tiffany worked at the California headquarters of one of the world’s preeminent technology companies. She holds a B.A. in English and Studio Art from Stanford University.Show More
