Tingting Gao

Tingting’s practice focuses on a diverse range of corporate matters, including data privacy, regulatory, and advisory matters, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has represented clients across a wide spectrum of industries in their significant operations in China. 

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Tingting worked as an associate in a China joint operations office of a leading international law firm.

Tingting is fluent in Mandarin and English.
