Tobyn Aaron is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Ms. Aaron focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster as an associate, she was a summer associate in the firm’s San Francisco and Tokyo offices.

Ms. Aaron earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, where she was an Executive Editor for the Harvard National Security Journal and a member of the Harvard Graduate School Leadership Institute. She also served as Co-Chair of the Transitional Justice Committee of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Human Rights Professional Interest Council. Ms. Aaron earned her B.A. from Harvard University, where she spent a semester studying at Tel Aviv University in Israel. Ms. Aaron is proficient in spoken Japanese.
