Tom is an associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Finance & Projects practice group. Tom represents banks and other financial institutions in both single- and multi-lender financing transactions involving private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Tom was an associate in another law firm’s finance group.

Tom received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2019 and his undergraduate degree from Vassar College, where he majored in Philosophy. While in law school, Tom was vice president of the Harvard Environmental Law Society.
