Toshihiro So's practice involves all aspects of labor and employment law in Japan, including litigation before Japanese courts and administrative agencies. He has represented employers in wrongful termination matters and other complex employment matters, involving furloughs, reductions of wages, separation agreements, non-competition obligations, sexual harassment, and disputes with labor unions.
His practice also involves general corporate matters, including, among others, Japanese privacy laws.
