Veronica Fulton is an Associate in the firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Corporate Department.
Veronica advises startups, venture capital firms, and investment managers on numerous corporate matters, including entity formation and corporate guidance, venture financings and exits, fund formations, and corporate securities matters.
Prior to joining MoFo, Veronica worked as an associate in another global law firm advising on fund formation, corporate contracts, mergers & acquisitions, loans, securities law, and other corporate matters in the entertainment, aviation, real estate, and cybersecurity/infrastructure sectors.
Veronica earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an article editor for Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, a member of the Harvard International Law Journal, and a committee member of Women’s Law Association.
