Victor Hanna is an associate in the firm’s Financial Transactions Group in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Hanna received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and a member of the University of Miami Law Review, and received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Following law school, Mr. Hanna was a research associate at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, where he conducted an in-depth comparative analysis of the large-scale deployment and integration of renewable energy in Germany and the United States, which formed the basis of a broader comparative study published in the Stanford Environmental Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hanna represented borrowers, lenders, sponsors, and equity investors in project finance, acquisition finance, project-related structured finance, and general corporate transactions, with a focus on tax equity and debt financing of projects in the United States.
