Ville Rauhala is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and he is a member of the Financial Transactions Group.

Mr. Rauhala advises private equity sponsors, corporate issuers, arrangers, underwriters and private credit funds in a variety of U.S. and cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, other complex acquisition financings across the capital structure, general corporate lending, fund financing and derivative transactions.

His recent expertise includes syndicated U.S term loan B facilities, high-yield bond offerings, bespoke derivative transactions, LMA based revolving and term loan facilities, holdco PIK and other bespoke note facilities.

Alongside his finance practice, Mr. Rauhala also advises start-ups and early-stage companies on entity formation and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Rauhala practiced for several years at another international U.S. law firm in New York. Mr. Rauhala is a native speaker of Finnish.
