Mr. Maly’s corporate and M&A practice focuses on regulatory and transactional work as it relates to the use of equity derivative instruments in cross-border financings, M&A, and other corporate transactions. He has extensive experience assisting credit institutions, corporations, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, sovereign wealth funds, and asset management clients with acquisitions and disposals of investments, non-traditional finance structures, and risk transfers.
Mr. Maly earned his J.D. from Charles University and is licensed to practice in England and Wales, and New York. He is a member of the ISDA Financial Law Reform Committee.
