Mr. Walker practices in complex commercial litigation and acts for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, infrastructure, technology, and media. He has recent experience of high-value litigation before the High Court and the Court of Appeal in England and Wales and has acted in international arbitrations in London and Germany under various institutional rules.
Mr. Walker has also acted in major global investigations involving multiple regulatory bodies, including the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Serious Fraud Office, and the European Commission. Mr. Walker regularly provides clients (including foreign lawyers) with discrete English law advice in a number of areas, including contract, tort, civil procedure, and conflict of laws. After obtaining a first-class degree in 2007 from the University of Warwick, Mr. Walker completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course, both with distinction. He then trained, qualified, and practised at Magic Circle firm Slaughter and May. Mr. Walker also spent six months of his training contract on secondment to leading German law firm, Hengeler Mueller. Mr. Walker joined Morrison & Foerster in 2013.
