William Hildbold is an associate in the Real Estate Group in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Mr. Hildbold regularly represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, leasing, and acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Hildbold also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, refinancing, and bankruptcy matters, including complex real estate workouts.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Hildbold served as a staff law clerk in Chicago for a year and then as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.
In 2009, Mr. Hildbold earned his LL.M. in bankruptcy from the St. John’s School of Law. He received his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law and his B.A. from George Mason University.Show More
