Billy represents leading financial institutions in high-profile transactions for significant developments, including projects in Hudson Yards, Columbus Circle, and Saint John’s Terminal in New York City. He has experience with transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office buildings, multi-family, hotels, and condominiums.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Billy served as a staff law clerk in Chicago for a year and then as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.Show More
