Yasmin’s practice focuses on a range of technology and intellectual property matters, including license and transfer agreements, content development agreements, employee confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, general commercial agreements, and M&A and investment transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Yasmin was an associate in the intellectual property and technology transactions group of another major international law firm in Rio de Janeiro, where she managed extensive intellectual property portfolios and advised global clients on prosecution, enforcement, and transactional strategies in Brazil.
Yasmin earned her LL.M. from Stanford University, where she was a board member of the Stanford Law School Association and the Stanford Artificial Intelligence & Law Society, and organized the association’s first Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights. She received her Bachelor of Laws (J.D. equivalent) cum laude from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
