Yiyang Huang is an associate in the Corporate practice group in the firm’s New York office.

Yiyang’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and general corporate law matters. She has represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions including strategic acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Prior to joining the firm in June 2016, Yiyang was a corporate associate in a prominent, international law firm, based in New York.

Yiyang received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member of the Texas International Law Journal, and she received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Lawrence University. Yiyang is fluent in Mandarin and is admitted to practice law in New York.
