Yoon Jeong “YJ” Lee is a corporate associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Private Funds Group. 

YJ's practice focuses on the formation and representation of private investment funds. Her work includes advising on regulatory and operational matters including fund formation, structuring, registration, and compliance.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, YJ was an associate at another international law firm, where she focused on the formation of private investment funds.

YJ earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. While in law school, YJ was the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and a member of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology.

YJ holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Amherst College. She is fluent in Korean.
